In accordance to prospectus of Quality Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (The Fund) clause.10 “Investment Committee” , Land and House Fund Management Co.,Ltd.(The Company) whose its management company would like to announce Investment Committee which comprise of four (4) members as follows:
1. Two (2) members as representative of the company.
· Mrs.Chantana Kanchanagama
· Miss Nutrinee Jiraongkarn
2. Two (2) members are nominated by unitholder who aggregately hold at least 10% of the total investment units.
· Mrs.Suwanna Buddhaprasart
· Mr. Somchai Warunpantulak
The authority of investment Committee have been stated in prospectus as said.
