Account Opening

Steps to open a mutual fund trading account

Complete the "Account Opening Form" and sign in the "Account Applicant" field (for minors under 20 years old, parents must also sign in the "Legal Representative" field)

Complete the "Customer Due Diligence Form Part 1" and sign in the "Unit Holder" field

Complete the risk assessment questionnaire to evaluate investment suitability and determine the appropriate fund type for the investor

Prepare supporting documents for account opening

Required Documents

Individual

Copy of Thai ID card (if using a government/state enterprise employee card, a copy of house registration is also required), or copy of passport (for foreigners)
For minors: Copy of parent's ID card with a copy of house registration showing the minor's name
Copy of the first page of bank account statement (savings or current account) matching the applicant's name
All documents must be signed with certified true copy signatures

Joint Individual (Not More than 2 Persons)

Copy of ID card
Copy of the first page of bank account statement (savings or current account) matching the applicant's name
All documents must be signed with certified true copy signatures

Corporate Entity

Copy of certificate from the Ministry of Commerce (not older than 1 month)
Copy of Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association, signed by authorized signatories with company seal on every page
Copy of board resolution authorizing the opening of an account to buy and sell mutual fund units
Copy of authorized signatory's ID card, signed with certified true copy signature
Shareholder register (Form Bor.Or.Jor.5), signed by authorized signatories with company seal
Copy of the first page of corporate bank account statement (savings or current account), signed by authorized signatories with company seal on every page

Buying Fund Units

Steps to purchase fund units

Complete the "Subscription Order Form" and sign in the unit holder field (for minors, parents must also sign)

Make payment for unit purchase

Complete the investment risk assessment questionnaire to evaluate suitability and determine the appropriate fund type for the investor

Make payment under the account name: "Land and Houses Fund Management Co., Ltd. for Unit Subscription"

Document Submission

Submit documents to Land and Houses Fund Management or sales agents in person, or via fax at 02-286-3585, 02-679-2150 (originals must be submitted within 7 days). Office hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Regular Unit Purchase

Via automatic bank account deduction (Saving Plan)

Available for open-end funds with daily buying and selling

Conditions

1Must have an existing fund account with Land and Houses Fund Management
2Must purchase regularly for a fixed amount not less than the specified minimum, equal each time
3Schedule and dates can be customized, e.g., every 28th of each month from March to June
4If insufficient funds in the account, deduction will be attempted in the next period. The company reserves the right to cancel if deduction fails for 2 consecutive periods

Redeeming Fund Units

Steps to redeem fund units

Complete the "Redemption Order Form" and sign in the unit holder field (for minors, parents must also sign)

Submit documents to Land and Houses Fund Management or sales agents in person, or via fax at 02-286-3585, 02-679-2150 (originals must be submitted within 7 days). Office hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Redemption Payment Options

•Direct deposit to the specified bank account, or
•Crossed check in the unit holder's name, or
•Redemption payment timeline as specified in the prospectus

Switching Fund Units

Redeeming units from one fund (source) to purchase units in another fund (destination)

Must open a destination fund account first. Switching is only available for funds that allow unit switching as specified in the prospectus.

Complete the "Switching Order Form" and sign in the unit holder field
