Investment Objective
The Fund is established to meet the needs of investors seeking to invest in overseas markets with the objective of achieving returns consistent with the Fund’s investment policy. Investors should be able to accept the risks associated with international investments, including, but not limited to, foreign exchange risk, risks arising from economic, social, and political developments in the countries in which investments are made, as well as fluctuations in the value of units of the foreign fund(s) in which the Fund invests.
Investment Policy
The Fund has a policy to invest in units of a foreign mutual fund (the “Master Fund”) that primarily invests in equity securities. The Fund will invest, on average during an accounting period, not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in units of the Master Fund. The Fund will invest solely in units of THEMES HUMANOID ROBOTICS ETF (the “Master Fund”), which is denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and listed exclusively on the NASDAQ Stock Market. The Master Fund is established in the United States of America (USA) and is managed with investment advisory services provided by Themes Management Company, LLC (the “Adviser”). Investment Objective of the Master Fund THEMES HUMANOID ROBOTICS ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond closely to the performance of the Solactive Global Humanoid Robotics Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index is designed to track the performance of companies involved in the Humanoid Robotics industry, including businesses engaged in: Service Robotics; and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven Automation Technologies. Accordingly, the Master Fund seeks to achieve returns that closely replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive Global Humanoid Robotics Index. Foreign Investment Exposure The Fund will invest in overseas assets, resulting in an average net foreign exposure of not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) during an accounting period, or such percentage as may be prescribed by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As a result, investors will be exposed to risks associated with foreign investments, including but not limited to foreign exchange risk, market risk, and other risks relating to overseas investments.

Redemption Settlement
