Investment Objective
A globally diversified multi-asset fund with the flexibility to invest across all asset classes worldwide. The Fund dynamically adjusts its asset allocation between 0% and 100% in each asset class, enabling it to respond effectively to changing market conditions and investment opportunities.
Investment Policy
The Fund invests in or holds units of foreign collective investment schemes (“Underlying Funds”), including Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and/or Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), with investments in at least two underlying funds. On average during an accounting year, the Fund will invest not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in such underlying funds. The Underlying Funds employ globally diversified investment strategies and may invest across a broad range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income securities, hybrid securities, deposits, investment fund units, property funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), infrastructure funds, foreign real estate-related securities, securities issued by foreign infrastructure fund vehicles, ETF units, and other securities, assets, or income-generating instruments as permitted by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Underlying Funds may allocate between 0% and 100% of their NAV to any of the aforementioned asset classes. They may also invest in securities and/or instruments linked to gold, oil, commodities, and private equity. The Fund will invest in any single Underlying Fund at an average allocation not exceeding 79% of the Fund’s NAV during an accounting year. The Fund Manager has the discretion to adjust the Fund’s asset allocation from time to time in accordance with prevailing market conditions and/or anticipated market developments, with the objective of optimizing risk-adjusted returns and achieving the Fund’s investment objectives. Fund Structure Flexibility The Management Company reserves the right to change the Fund’s structure and classification in the future from a Fund of Funds to a Feeder Fund or a fund that invests directly in foreign securities and/or instruments, and vice versa, without increasing the Fund’s risk spectrum. Such changes shall be made at the discretion of the Fund Manager based on market conditions and in the best interests of unitholders. The Management Company will provide at least 30 days’ prior notice to unitholders before implementing any such change by publishing the relevant information on the Management Company’s website and the websites of appointed selling agents and/or redemption agents (if any). Investment Management Strategy The Fund is actively managed and seeks to generate returns in excess of its benchmark through dynamic asset allocation and security selection across global markets.
