Investment Objective

The Fund primarily invests in units of a single foreign collective investment scheme (the “Master Fund”), namely the Schroder International Selection Fund Global Emerging Market Opportunities (the “Master Fund”), specifically Class C units denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). The Master Fund is domiciled in Luxembourg. The Fund will invest, on average over an accounting year, not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in units of the Master Fund.

Investment Policy

The Fund has a policy to invest primarily in units of a foreign collective investment scheme (the “Master Fund”) and will, on average over an accounting year, invest not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in such Master Fund. The designated Master Fund is the Schroder International Selection Fund Global Emerging Market Opportunities (the “Master Fund”), specifically Class C units denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). The Master Fund is domiciled in Luxembourg and is established under the UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) framework. It is established, managed and administered by Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. The Schroder International Selection Fund Global Emerging Market Opportunities seeks to invest at least two-thirds of its assets in equity securities and equity-related securities of companies located in, incorporated in, or deriving a significant portion of their revenues from emerging market countries worldwide. The Master Fund follows an active investment management approach and seeks to achieve returns in excess of its benchmark.
