Investment Policy
The Fund will invest in equity securities, debt securities, deposits, and/or other securities or assets permitted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest not less than 75% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in equity securities listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). However, during abnormal market conditions, such as civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, earthquakes, economic volatility, or domestic and international political events, the Fund Manager may adjust the Fund’s allocation to equities within a range of 0% to 100% of the Fund’s NAV, at the Fund Manager’s discretion and as deemed appropriate based on prevailing market conditions. Security Selection Criteria The Fund Manager will consider the following criteria when selecting investments: Value Investing Approach Investing in equities that are considered undervalued based on their fundamentals and/or relative valuation compared with industry peers, such as lower P/E Ratio, P/B Ratio, or EV/EBITDA relative to comparable companies. Earnings Growth Potential Investing in companies with sustainable earnings growth prospects over the next 2–3 years, taking into consideration factors such as revenue growth, capacity expansion, improving profitability, and/or companies whose earnings forecasts have been revised upward over the past 3–6 months. Strong Financial Position Investing in companies with sound financial fundamentals, as indicated by factors such as a strong interest coverage ratio, prudent debt-to-equity levels, and/or a strong dividend-paying capacity. Conviction Stocks Investing in high-conviction stocks based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative factors may include valuation, momentum, quality, and growth characteristics, while qualitative factors may include management quality, competitive advantage, and future growth potential. Other Criteria Any additional criteria that the Management Company may consider appropriate for security selection in the future. The Management Company reserves the right to revise, modify, or enhance the security selection criteria and/or adjust the Fund’s portfolio and investment strategy as deemed appropriate in light of prevailing market conditions, investment outlook, and/or applicable regulations prescribed by the SEC Board or the SEC Office. Such changes shall be deemed approved by the unitholders. For the remaining portion of the portfolio, the Fund may invest in debt securities, hybrid securities, warrants, deposits, deposit-equivalent instruments, and/or other securities or assets permitted by the SEC Board and/or the SEC Office.
