• Govern, control, and monitor the REIT Manager or any other delegated person (if any) to comply with the Trust Deed and other relevant laws for the best interest of the REIT unitholders as a whole.
• Separate the assets of the trust from the assets of the trustee.
• Ensure that the trust's investments are in accordance with the trust deed and other relevant regulations.
• Have appropriate operating systems in place to comply with the Trust Act, and personnel with expertise in the establishment and administration of the REIT management service are capable of efficiently performing trustee duties in the best interest of the REIT unitholders as a whole.
